The bench keeps plumber hours, not café hours.

Friday shuts at 13:00. Saturday is closed except bursts. Evenings after 18:00 are a phone, not an open roller door.

Sun–Thu

07:00–18:00. Van leaves from HaNamal. Same-day when the ticket is a burst or a stack that has stopped a floor.

Friday

07:00–13:00. Heater swaps that need a long drain-down belong earlier in the week. Short union jobs can still fit.

After hours

Emergency evenings by phone. Saturday closed except bursts. A cold cylinder waits. An open pipe does not.

HaNamal is the port street. Look for the van, not a neon tap.

If you are collecting a valve, call before you drive. The crew may be on the Carmel. The desk still answers. There is no public waiting room and no coffee machine — there is a bench and a door.
